Acceptance

By using ConsultUni, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you cannot legally agree to these terms, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

The service

ConsultUni collects student profile information and uses it to support university discovery and recommendation. Features may change as the service develops.

ConsultUni is not a university, admissions authority, visa authority, scholarship provider, legal adviser, or financial adviser.

Consultation pricing and delivery

A consultation costs ₹500 for each country included in the request. The total fee is based on the number of selected countries. Each verified email address may be used for one consultation only.

The 48-hour delivery period starts after the student profile is complete, the email address is verified, and payment is confirmed. Any delay caused by missing, inaccurate, or unclear information may extend delivery.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. Its buyer terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment process. Payment confirmation, transaction details, refunds, disputes, and tax or invoice records may be handled by Dodo Payments as required to process and administer the purchase.

No admission guarantee

Recommendations do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, employment, or any other outcome. Universities and public authorities set their own requirements and make their own decisions. You are responsible for checking official requirements, fees, deadlines, accreditation, and visa information before acting.

Your information

You agree to provide information that is accurate and belongs to you. You are responsible for updating information that changes and for keeping your email account and profile access code secure.

You must not submit another person’s personal data without proper permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, scrape protected information, impersonate another person, or use ConsultUni for unlawful activity.

Third-party information and links

The service may refer to universities, tests, public authorities, repositories, or other third parties. Their information and services are controlled by them. A reference or link does not mean that ConsultUni guarantees or endorses every claim, programme, fee, or outcome.

Availability

We aim to keep ConsultUni available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. We may suspend access when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or prevention of misuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ConsultUni is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on recommendations, third-party information, missed deadlines, admissions decisions, visa decisions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
